Join Tulku Jigme Rinpoche, with the Palmo Center, for a Silent Practice Retreat where we will take an expedition into our mind. Come experience the power of ancient wisdom teachings, meditation, and silence. As we learn to be gentle with ourselves, by using the loving attention of meditation, we can experience a more effortless way of being, create inner peace and well-being, and deepen our spiritual practice.
